Acknowledgement

        Our group was fortunate to have one of our team members, William Caudo, working for Baker’s American Bar & Grille which allowed us an inside look into the workings of the restaurant as well as firsthand knowledge of the information systems used. We want to thank Heather Rudnick, the manager of Baker’s American and Brendan Glynn, the regional manager for Chef’s International for all their help, patience and insight into the information systems used at the restaurant. Heather and Brendan were extremely generous with their time and we know everyone’s time is valuable so we appreciated Heather and Brendan’s help and guidance in order to not only complete this project but learn first-hand the importance of information systems.
